AP Interview: Mexicans would return home as part of legalization

PHOENIX A Mexican diplomat says illegal Mexican immigrants would be perfectly willing to briefly return to Mexico for the chance to live in the United States as legal residents.

Carlos Flores Vizcarra is the Mexican consul general for Phoenix.

He says the United States Congress needs to pass fair immigration legislation.

Yeah, fair immigration is all of the illegals going home and American employers appreciating AMERICAN workers for a change and American workers being paid for doing the proper, educated jobs they have been trained to do. And fair immigration is you taking your gangs home so you can no longer steal our things - which you think are apparently "owed" to you because your own country is corrupt or in turmoil. Fair immigration is American tax payers not going broke paying for the rest of the world!!

Flores pointed to legislation expected to be introduced in the Congress tomorrow that includes a provision known as "touchback."

Touchback would require illegal immigrants to return to Mexico before becoming eligible for legalization in the United States.

The touchback concept isn't new. Last year, Republican Senator Jon Kyl of Arizona included it in his proposal for immigration reform.
Well God Bless him!

Touchback critics have said illegal immigrants would never agree to return to their homeland for fear they wouldn't be allowed back in the United States.
They have no choice! This isn't a request, its a demand!!!
