There are Republicans such as Congressman Bilbray and my Republican Congressman David Dreier who are refusing to sign onto HR 563 because they state it is "unconstitutional." That fact can be argued...HOWEVER it is unconstitutional that our two agents are in federal prison!

Tell your representative this is a new event in the course of our history - imprisoning our border agents - and therefore calls for new and revolutionary legislation - such as HR 563.
