Tone Deaf People and the Mind

Today I was thinking about why some people are tone deaf and some realize that a tone is right or wrong. There are two minds of which we know, the conscious and the subconscious. The brain has an amazing ability to strive for perfection and when you write something and your mind puts missing words in where they should be, your mind also puts a correct tone where your ear hears an incorrect tone.

Some people have the ability to observe information from both levels of consciousness for a balanced view of the outside world. Some people do not have this ability and tend to only receive the sub-aware information. Its not that one person is better than the other, its that one has a learned skill that the other does not. That skill is to listen to themselves as well as the outside environment. This skill affects judgments on many levels.

The mind is the center of everything and even the most dramatic physical dysfunction cannot stop progress. But if the mind fails us than all is lost!
