~ For all intents and purposes = Washington D.C. would essentially have overriding political control over the so-called "North American Community".


~ This will be done without ever having to bring the issue before the American, Canadian, or Mexican people = for a clear referendum or vote.

This illegal woman that I worked with told me they used to smuggle drugs inside bags of potpourri that were delivered to stores like WalMart.
