Post Card from SANITY to George Bush - Wish you were here! Current mood: disappointed Category: Life I read in a friend's blog that the attempts to remove the Guest Worker bullshit from this Bill has failed. Also it appears the spin is that Democrats are less supportive ( are you surprised that they are first to become chicken shits on anything?) and the Republicans are defending it. The way I see it is that good old George Bush has gotten us into some serious shit that is going to put the Republicans in a bad way! This is already blowing up in their faces! I know the utter distaste in my mind's eye for ALL who are trying to pull this over on us as a Nation and I know that I am not alone! This action is changing politics in this Country EVERYDAY and may abolish our political systems as a whole. Why are we trying to lose what we have built?? It's not happening by accident! The pond scum - the politicians - including the President of the United States - is working to tear us down and I am not willing to accept that! The thing that pisses me off is that the Republicans have been STUPID enough to fall for this shit! Politicians are nothing but a bunch of whores! Instead of "in God we trust", it should say "votes shall not be pimped"! They trade votes amongst themselves and it results in YEARS and YEARS of deterred votes, complications, buddy systems that do not include the best interests of the American People and I feel there should be laws that if any politicians is caught trading votes, he/she should spend time in jail and be fired!!! Republicans have cut their own throats on this one. They aren't going to be able to get out of this one and so is born a new party this election. Third party is going to have MORE influence this election. Watch!! I'll tell you know...if Steve Elliot from GrassRoots.org runs for President, I'm voting for him!
